Toes today...
After 2 weeks of lassooing knickers over the end of my cast, a tougher challenge; the giant condom that is my Limbo waterproof cast cover.
I spent some time limbering up, touching my toes and stretching those leg muscles out. Successfully as it happens, I can now shower mostly unaided (although positioning the garden chair underneath the shower is still something I have to figure out)
I made it down to the post box and back too, & @ 6pm have achieved most of the goals I set myself today! Time to start cooking tea...
