The 'menu' for this is a visual feast in itself, and so much to sample and savour ...You really have done a brilliant job with presenting this exciting line-up and I am delighted to be associated with such a talented crowd
Love the format, and I'm looking forward to exploring! Thank you for including me in this.By the way, the link to Elizabeth Enslin's piece doesn't currently work, so I sought it out myself; it's at http://blog.elizabethenslin.com/2011/06/sweet-spot-up-the-hill/
Can't wait to get these read! Thanks so much for your work and for including me, Julia!
Julia, this is an amazing edition! Thanks so much for creating this wonderful mosaic of unwritten language + unnamed places.
I am having such fun with this. I've only read four of the pieces so far, found them brilliant, and greedily want to read through all immediately, but also want to savor the enjoyment of hearing new voices (to me) and those already familiar.Julia, you have done an outstanding job on putting together this edition, and I thank you most heartily for including me. I feel as if I am wandering through a crowd of wizards at the craft.
this is yar. for reals. big heart things, Julia!
Great job Julia! Thank you for including me. :) I love the layout - the tiles, or mosaic as Dorothee says, super for navigation and seeing what's there at a glance.... I haven't read everyone's yet but I'm so enjoying what I've read so far and am looking forward to getting to the rest. Awesome! :)
Wonderful collection this month, Julia! Digging in, enjoying over the next few days. Love the layout -- it really pulls me in!
Wow. This is very free-form jazz, very unknown and un-named. Some gorgeous images. I love how each edition of the carnival is turning out so different.
Another great issue with wonderful sparks of poetry, prose, image and ingenuity. Nicely put together, Julia.
I really appreciate everyone's feedback on this edition - so glad to hear you enjoy the work (which of course I can't take any credit for - stand up all the wonderful contributors) - also glad you like the layout - it was something I really wanted to have a go at. Biggest thanks to Dorothee for letting me host the edition & for all her support.
Excellent selection - its a real privelege to be part of this. Some great images and ideas, even on the cursory look I've had. Can't wait to go digging into the detail. Many, many thanks.
A stunning collection in a delightful layout. A box of chocolates with a surprise inside each cover.Wonderful, Julia. Thank you for this.
