I was researching good foods to promote bone healing and of course, oily fish! So while I was doing my online groceries order, I ordered some fresh fish!
However, when the fish arrived today, they were "whole" fish and needed gutting first... Sprattus sprattus indeed.
So, I gaily cut a slice off the bellies and pulled the guts out... before dipping into seasoned flour.
Fingers crossed for no bellyaches tonight!
