A mixed day today...
Worked for a couple of hours, then got the message that until I'm passed fit to travel to work I won't get paid for anything I do.
I'll still do what I had planned though, a matter of pride or living up to commitments or just keeping my brain ticking over.
But annoying, not to be worthy of payment for something physical when my work is mental in nature.
So I finished sewing the blanket together. Just tidying the ends and knitting a border.
I cooked a healthy tea, & had a friend over. More flowers and good discussions. More meetings to plan.
